Långberget is known for well-prepared cross-country skiing tracks and there are a total of 63 km of groomed trails to choose from. Of these, 8 km are equipped with artificial snow systems and artificial light. All the loops are tracks for classical skiing and most of the are also a bed for freestyle. All cross-country skiing tracks start from a track centre located near the hotel and cottages with tracks to suit all tastes.
If you want to challenge yourself and test your ability, there are loops with heavier terrain.
If you are looking for less hilly terrain but longer distances, perfect for recharging Vasaloppet, you will not be dissappointed. You can choose cross-country skiing tracks of up to 25 km.
If you prefer to pack sandwiches and hot chocolate in your backpack and the leisurely pace of gliding through the woods in search of a snowdrift to shelter in and just relax? There's no need to worry. You can choose from track loops of 2 km and up. And if you belong to those who want to have your dog in harness to get some extra features we recommend using the estate track.
And if, at the end of the day, you have not had enough of skiing by the time darkness falls, there are 8 km of illuminated tracks: two loops with different types of terrain to choose from.
